1. Can I know the status of my order?
Yes! After registering your order you can follow its entire course here. When the parcel is dispatched by us, you will receive a private message with the courier's tracking number, so you can check its progress at any time.
2. Can I delete an item from the shopping cart?
Yes! You can delete from the shopping cart any item you are not interested in, provided that your order has not been registered. Upon completion, and if you wish to modify your order, you will need to contact us.
3. Can I cancel my order?

4. How do I know if there are any stocks available for a specific product?
If the product you wish to buy is not labelled as out of stock, it is available for purchase. Out of stock sizes, are outlined in gray.
5. What should I do if I receive a wrong item?
In case you receive a product that you did not order, you can change it or return it. You will need to contact us first, so that we can guide you through the process that you will need to follow.
6. Where will I receive my order?
Orders are sent by a partner courier. You can pick up at the address you state or from the nearest store of the cooperating courier in your area!
7. Coupons
When completing your order, you can enter your coupon code in the special "COUPON CODE" field. Only one coupon is allowed per order. Promotional coupons are not valid for products with a discount of 50% or more.
8. How can I return/exchange a product?
If you receive a product that does not satisfy you, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it! The change/return policy is detailed here.
9. Is there a physical store?
We do not have a physical store, but you can pick up your order from our facilities (18th KLM. N.E.O. THES/NIKIS - KILKIS 57018). Simply select the shipping method "Click & collect" during the check out process.
