PRODUCT RETURNS

For all product returns, it is necessary that the products are in their original condition, unused, and returned within 30 days from the date of receiving the order. In the case of product returns from Cyprus and the rest of the world, the shipping cost is borne by the customer. *Returns from Cyprus have a charge of €6.99. For hygiene reasons, no exchanges or returns are accepted for underwear and all accessories.

SHOES
All shoes should be tried on a soft surface until you are sure you want to keep them. Shoes must be returned in their original condition/packaging.

SWIMWEAR
Exchange/return of products is possible, provided the packaging is in its original condition, the tags have not been removed, and the products have not been used.

UNDERWEAR
Most of our products are categorized for strictly personal use, and therefore returns are not accepted for all products. Also, we do not accept returns of products that have been worn. Products / Packages that cannot be returned:

  • All slips, strings, and brazilians come into contact with sensitive areas and for this reason, returns are not accepted.
     

Product packs (packs containing more than one item) such as panties, socks, etc., are considered ONE item. Therefore, the packaging must be unopened, as parts of the pack or individual items cannot be returned.

In case you do not wish to keep the product of your order, the 3Clicks return process at Luigi is simple and easy. If you are a registered user at Luigi, log in to your account here. Otherwise, as a guest, by clicking here, you fill in your order number and your mobile phone, you will receive a message with a one-time password and you have control over your order.

PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURE

By logging into your account, in the My Account (Profile) section, under the My Orders tab, you have control over each order. You select the order. You choose the products you do not want to keep, choose one of the available couriers, fill in the IBAN and the Beneficiary Name, and complete the process by clicking the CONTINUE button. If you choose to return as a guest, it will only load the specific order you entered. If you choose BOX NOW:
If you chose to return your order/products via BOX NOW, the process is simple. After filling out the form and clicking CONTINUE, you will receive a message on your mobile phone for the return process via BOX NOW and to the email declared during the order registration. Go to the locker that serves you, type the ten-digit number you received in the message, and press ok. Place the parcel in the locker and close the door. You have just completed the return!

If you choose COURIER CENTER:
If you chose to return your order/products via Courier Center. After filling out the form and clicking CONTINUE, you will receive an email with the voucher number that will accompany the return parcel. A courier representative will contact you to pick up the parcel from your location.

Once we receive the parcel, it will be checked by the quality control team. Provided the product is in its original condition, the refund will be approved within 14 working days.

*In case the product is not in its original condition, we will inform you about the inability to refund and the return of this parcel to you.

The amount to be refunded will be the value of the products minus €6.99, which covers the shipping cost.
